Just for Me
Another day… another journaling time slot that needed to be filled with my own personal processing. Perhaps I’ll build in more time, in future days, to write out thoughts specifically gathered to share. For now, I’m needing to reserve the space for my personal inner-work. An empty studio on paper, just for me.
Pro tip:
Sleeping with your phone on airplane mode, then journaling for 30 minutes every morning (or however long you want - five minutes is cool too), before pulling your phone back online and letting the world in. Processing what’s present, before opening the door to an influx of more. Then being able to show up - to your work, to your relationships, to all the things - with more groundedness and clarity.
